Starting your trip from Niagara (YCM)

Travellers must book their trip from YCM to their end destination.

• Park for free at YCM.
• Head into the terminal and check-in at the Air Canada desk a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled bus departure.
• Receive your boarding pass and have your bags checked straight through to your end destination.
• Wait for a short while in the terminal until an Air Canada agent announces that loading into the motorcoach will begin.
• Board the motorcoach and relax on a stress-free ride to YYZ with leather seating, Wi-Fi, and extra leg room.
• Upon arrival at YYZ (Terminal 1), collect your bags, head through the doors and up to the Departures level. Drop your checked bags at the express bag drop, then proceed through security (if your flight is out of Terminal 3, take the free terminal link train).

Ending your trip at Niagara (YCM)

Travellers must book their trip from their starting location to YCM as their end destination.

• Get off your plane at YYZ, follow signs to arrivals, clear customs (if required), and proceed to baggage claim.
• After collecting checked bags, proceed to Terminal 1 Ground Level and follow signs for ground transportation (if you arrive at Terminal 3, take the free terminal link train to Terminal 1).
• Follow signs to Ride App Pickup and proceed to Door Q.
• After you check in at the Air Canada counter, you will be escorted to the bus and an agent will load your bags on the motorcoach.
• Enjoy a stress-free ride down to Niagara, where you will arrive minutes from your hotel or end destination.
