Niagara District Airport maintains a published schedule of rates and fees applicable to aircraft operations, parking, and airport services.
2026 Fee Schedule
The following schedule outlines the current rates and fees applicable at Niagara District Airport.
All fees are subject to annual review and renewal. Unless otherwise noted:
- Rates are effective January 1, 2026
- HST applies at the time of invoicing
- Fees are administered by the Niagara District Airport Commission

The following payment methods are accepted for airport-related fees:

Landing Fees
Landing fees apply to based, non-based, domestic, and international aircraft and are calculated by maximum gross take-off weight (MGTOW).
Based aircraft receive a 50% discount on applicable landing fees.

Locally Based Aircraft
- Locally based aircraft below landing fee weight minimums are exempt from landing fees
- These aircraft are subject to an annual Airport Facility Fee (AFF) of $160 per aircraft
- Applicable fees are invoiced monthly based on NAV CANADA flight movement data
Airport Facility Fees (AFF)
Airport Facility Fees apply to enplaning passengers and certain locally based aircraft.

Aircraft operators are responsible for providing accurate passenger counts. Failure to do so may result in charges based on the maximum number of passenger seats in the aircraft.
Tie-Down Parking
Tie-down parking is subject to a signed agreement and annual rate review.

Vehicle Parking
Passenger vehicle parking is complimentary.
For stays longer than 30 days, please contact Niagara District Airport directly.
To register a vehicle for extended stays, please call (905) 684-7447 ext. 101 or email us with the following information:

Staffing & Operational Support
Staffing and equipment support may be required for certain services, including airside escorts, disabled aircraft support, snow removal, landscaping, and planning requests.

Lease opportunities are subject to availability and approval.

A 50% deposit is required a minimum of 30 days in advance.
